How to place an order?

Ordering from Protein Bargain Wholesale has never been easier. Whether you prefer the convenience of online browsing through our user-friendly website, a quick call from our dedicated sales team, or even a message via WhatsApp, Email or Instagram to our knowledgeable Account Managers, we can cater to your preferred method.

Which delivery methods are used?

We use DPD for next day delivery service. Please visit https://www.dpdlocal.co.uk/ for further information and also to track your delivery. All orders above £150 have free delivery. Any order below this amount will incur a cost of £5.99 plus VAT. Saturday delivery can be arranged at an extra charge (please contact us for details).

Pallet Orders:

Larger orders may be shipped via pallet using one of our dedicated couriers. For next day delivery on pallet orders, our cut off time is 1pm.

Usual Time-Scale for order delivery?

For orders placed before our standard delivery deadline at 3pm, we aim to get your order delivered to you the next working day. If your order is placed after the courier cut-off we will aim to deliver your order the following day.

If any items in your delivery arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@proteinbargainwholesale.co.uk or (+44) 151 3292321. Please include images showing the condition of the delivery and the damaged items. Our team will provide you with a damage form to fill out, which will request details about the damaged product and how you would like the issue resolved. We will then follow up with you to provide a solution or outcome.

Occasionally, you may receive a faulty product that needs to be reported to the brand. In such cases, we kindly ask that you hold onto the item for 10 working days, as the brand may require its return.

What should I do if I’ve received a damaged item?
