Blending wholegrain oats with whey protein isolate and added MCT powder, it delivers a smooth, creamy texture and a convenient solution for those who need fast, effective nutrition. Ready in just two minutes, it’s ideal as a quick breakfast, pre-training meal or satisfying snack between meals.

SUGGESTED USE
Add 1 scoop (60g) to 150ml of boiling water. Stir well and leave to stand for 1–2 minutes before consuming.

Alternatively, mix 1 scoop (60g) with 100ml of cold water or milk, stir thoroughly and microwave for 30 seconds if a warm consistency is preferred. Stir again before enjoying.

Which delivery methods are used?

We use DPD for next day delivery service. Please visit https://www.dpdlocal.co.uk/ for further information and also to track your delivery. All orders above £150 have free delivery. Any order below this amount will incur a cost of £5.99 plus VAT. Saturday delivery can be arranged at an extra charge (please contact us for details).

Pallet Orders:

Larger orders may be shipped via pallet using one of our dedicated couriers. For next day delivery on pallet orders, our cut off time is 1pm.

Usual Time-Scale for order delivery?

For orders placed before our standard delivery deadline at 3pm, we aim to get your order delivered to you the next working day. If your order is placed after the courier cut-off we will aim to deliver your order the following day.
