USAGE
Long Exercise: Consume 1 gel during extended training or racing when you need a rapid mental and physical boost.
Short Exercise: Consume 1 gel 15 minutes before short, intense activity.
Sprint Energy Gels do not need to be consumed with water but ensure you stay hydrated throughout exercise.
