Cream of Rice – 60 Servings

Cream of Rice is an easy-to-digest complex carbohydrate made from white rice flour. Sugar free and gluten free it provides a rapid supply of energy. You can add it to a shake and drink it or in a ratio of 1:2 of powder to boiling water turn it into a porridge like consistency. Add your favourite Whey Protein after mixing or making for a high protein, good carb meal! For an extra treat top your cooked cream of rice with some protein cups.

 

WHEN SHOULD I TAKE IT AND HOW MUCH?

You can take this product at anytime. Use it as breakfast or a pre/post workout meal, it works whenever. one scoop is 30g however you can use as much or as little inline with your nutritional needs.

This product can be used alongside any of the Combat Fuel range at the same time.

HOW TO MAKE?

As a shake: nice and easy, add powder to a shaker, add water or milk, protein powder too if required and drink.

COR, rice pudding and baby rice have long been a popular choice for those that train, especially bodybuilders. Rice is a great source of complex carbohydrates with a medium GI and is a great way to increase energy levels. COR is a great option for breakfast cereal or as a pre-workout meal to fuel your workouts. Protein Powder can easily be added to make a high protein COR, and if you are short on time it can be instantly mixed in your shaker bottle.

We use DPD for next day delivery service. Please visit https://www.dpdlocal.co.uk/ for further information and also to track your delivery. All orders above £150 have free delivery. Any order below this amount will incur a cost of £5.99 plus VAT. Saturday delivery can be arranged at an extra charge (please contact us for details).

Pallet Orders:

Larger orders may be shipped via pallet using one of our dedicated couriers. For next day delivery on pallet orders, our cut off time is 1pm.

Usual Time-Scale for order delivery?

For orders placed before our standard delivery deadline at 3pm, we aim to get your order delivered to you the next working day. If your order is placed after the courier cut-off we will aim to deliver your order the following day.
