OstroVit Pharma PRO-60 BIOTIC LactoSpore® is a high quality dietary supplement that provides a source of live bacterial cultures Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 LactoSpore. The product also contains natural inulin derived from chicory. This is a preparation from OstroVit Pharma's elite line, available in the form of easy to swallow capsules, created for conscious consumers who care about supplementing their diet with valuable compounds.

OstroVit Pharma PRO-60 BIOTIC LactoSpore® - valuable source of live bacterial cultures

Bacillus coagulans, once also called Lactobacillus sporogenes, is a unique strain of live bacterial cultures that produce a spore form in the form of endospores. These are bacteria that are distinguished by their remarkable stability and resistance to harsh environmental conditions - including high temperatures or acid found in the digestive tract. This makes them reach the intestines safely, where they produce L(+) lactic acid, the more beneficial form of the compound. In addition, they show high stability during processing and storage, allowing them to be used in dietary supplements.

LactoSpore® bacteria are vegan live bacteria cultures that have received GRAS status according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are considered safe for general use.

Inulin is a compound made up of more than 30 molecules of simple sugars that are linked by β-2,1-glycosidic bonds into an unbranched chain of. It is a polysaccharide of plant origin, which is a reserve store. It is a compound that is not digested in the upper gastrointestinal tract and is transported in an undigested form to the large intestine, where it undergoes bacterial fermentation in the colon.

LactoSpore ® (1 x 10 9 in capsule Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856), capsule coating (filler: HPMC), inulin from chicory (prebiotic).

The product may contain milk (together with lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, gluten-rich corn, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

Which delivery methods are used?

We use DPD for next day delivery service. Please visit https://www.dpdlocal.co.uk/ for further information and also to track your delivery. All orders above £150 have free delivery. Any order below this amount will incur a cost of £5.99 plus VAT. Saturday delivery can be arranged at an extra charge (please contact us for details).

Pallet Orders:

Larger orders may be shipped via pallet using one of our dedicated couriers. For next day delivery on pallet orders, our cut off time is 1pm.

Usual Time-Scale for order delivery?

For orders placed before our standard delivery deadline at 3pm, we aim to get your order delivered to you the next working day. If your order is placed after the courier cut-off we will aim to deliver your order the following day.
